I will not bring my cats to this hospital again, unless I have absolutely no choice. Every time I would go in, I would wait at least 20 min inside the exam room before the Vet would come in to see my cat, regardless of having an appointment. The place is not managed well. They always have only one person checking people out and one person checking people in. Even though there's a huge check out line and no one checking in, the check in person just stands there and looks out the window. Almost every time I call the place (about 4 times out of 5), they put me on hold for at least 10 min...I've timed it on my cell phone and once I was on hold for 13 min. I hung up and called back and they put me on hold again for 7 min before they picked up my call. There is one good person who works there. His name is Tama. I don't know if he is a Vet or a Vet Tech, but he is the only person willing to take the time to explain things thoroughly even though the poor guys seems like he's spread th
