Hi, my name is Dominique Carson-Jones and I have bought a card from this company and I have been experiencing some technical difficulties. I purchased the card on Aug. 23, 07 at 3:43 pm and was told that I had to wait about 60 minutes for everything to go through which I ended up waiting til the next day. I was not told anything about any age requirement. At about 2:45 pm I called and started the process. After giving the rep my activation code my name and birthday,he told me that my birthday would the way that they would identify me. I was told to call back with a parent or guardian because I was under age so I said ""Ok, fine."" Before I could ask for any type of identification he had hung up the phone. I have tried and tried to call back and talk to a rep, but every time I call they ask for a activation number, a card number, or my social security number and the rep did not take or give me any of that information.
