After installing my sprinkler system I had some concerns about some dry spots on my lawn and one of my flower beds was on the same line as my lawn even though I had made it clear that I wanted all flower beds on a separate zone. There was also on flower bed that had no sprinkler.
I called and they came out. He added the sprinkler but didn't install the sprinkler head. He said he would come back out and do that. He made a couple of adjustmenst to the sprinklers and left.
I had to call him again a week later to remind him that he needed to install the sprinkler head in the flower bed.
I still have some dry spots and I have dead grass along the side of my house. I have been leaving messages for over amonth. He finally called and said he will be out sometime in the next week or so. Wouldn't give me a date but said he will try to call so I can meet him there. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Cons: poor follow up afterwards.
