People who work there are genuinely bad people. They appear personable and prompt to help you at first until you sign to their policy and everything goes downhill from there. They raised my premium 35% after the first billing cycle without telling me. Every time I called, whoever I asked for was always ""out of the office"" and had to leave messages which were never returned. When I finally talked to someone, they avoided talking about why my premium increased, saying ""We'll have to look at your file, we'll call you back"" then abruptly hang up... I have called numerous times, always recieved the same response and never got a call back.
Cons: bait & switch, bad customer service, bad / fraudulent intentions, bad people overall
