I met the head man at this Restaurant in 1992 when he joined my fledgling BBQ Team. Mike became the head cook for our team and I took care of everything else. We judged BBQ all over the Memphis in May circuit. The thing about competition, at the level of Memphis in May, is that teams will try anything new and different to get better.....................\r
