It took me 3 tries to get a catalog sent to me from this company. I went with this company on the recommendation of a friend that said they had low prices. When I got my order the inside of the cards had smudged ink on more than half of the cards. I called and spoke to a very rude representative that obviously had no clue. I had to tell her 3 times what was wrong with the cards. Then when I received the 2nd order it was the wrong item. Finally on the 3rd try they got it right, but then a week later I got a bill for another order. After 3 phone calls to their billing department they finally realized their mistake. This woman was even ruder than the customer rep I talked to. Overall, the quality of the cards wasn't that great. The card stock seemed cheap and their were design flaws in several of the cards. I don't dare complain again for they might bill me again. Next time I'm using Cards Direct. I used them before this company and never had any problems, even if their prices are slightly higher. more
