The management tried selling me a house that was falling apart. They didnt tell me about the flaws til someone who used to live there told me about them. They did fix them. There was midldew or mold in the bedroom closet and there was a slight mildewy smell to parts of the house where the mildew wasw spotted. I backed out of the closing and the management was fusrious and would not speak again...I went to tell them I was looking for a place and asked for a month to month if I didnt find a place in 30 days..they told me my house was already spoken for...why did they do this when I hadnt even told them if I am moving or not ?I think the guy JIm is rude and he throws all the dirty work at the lady receptionist...She wasnt none too nice yesterday....They want too high of payments for me to take this place...is why I have to move...\r
