I called and made an appointment for an annual service. My appointment was for between 4-6pm. I called the company at 6:30pm to ask where the serviceman was, and they said that he would be late that he still had another call before mine. I asked how late he would be and they said they had no clue. I asked if it would be before midnight, they said I don't know, I can't guarentee. I called back to try to get someone else to answer, they said that someone would be by today, but could not give me a time. They did not give direct answers and were not helpful, I would not recommend this company.
