What can I say? Simply the best. Though past trainers weren't bad, they can't compare to Max. I was spending HOURS , as much as 3 to 4!, in the gym doing cardio & weight training and just maintaining and my husband was barely getting there just for cardio twice a week. We are now both on Max's highly effective regimen of one day intense interval cardio, one day intense weight training - a maximum of 30 minutes each day! Then one day off and back again. What a difference! Now my life no longer totally revolves around the gym. We both have more energy and actually look forward to our workouts! Thanks Max!
