Max is a truly unique trainer. He brings a multi-disciplinary approach to fitness and overall good health which encompasses weight training, flexibility, balance and other physical and mental needs. He then carefully tailors your experience to what you need and are willing to accept. He pushes you very hard, but only as far as you are comfortable going. I have always enjoyed intense weight training workouts, but have avoided areas where I have greater difficulty (like balance and flexibility). Max has opened me up to working on these areas by weaving these activities into our routines in relatively small doses. My willingness (and confidence level) to work on these areas have increased dramatically and I feel significantly better about my overall level of fitness since I started working with him. He has a passion for creating a healthy mind and healthy body and his energy is a constant motivator.
