Cute spot...it caters to children; hence the store name ""pigtails & crewcuts"", BUT the stylist my daughter got a haircut from needs to learn how to interact with young kids. She made no attempt to pacify my daughter, nor did she even try to make her feel comfortable. It was my daughter's first cut so she was a bit afraid. When I tried asking her some tips about hair growth her answer was short, and to a point as if I was irritating her. Talk about $16 out the door.
Pros: parking, cute environment, tv's, toys, walk-ins
