I dont want to give any bad reviews but just wanted to say that I am not at all satisfied with the overall services. I dont doubts doctors coz they are very good but overall managing the Animal cracker is really cracked. My dog is only 6 months old and he is like my other family members. I do expect a timely response from his hospital regarding his drugs,injections,medicine, checkups and etc etc. I have to personally remembering about his shots, call them many times to know if any of his shot is due and.... oh yeah!!!.. his shot was due 2 weeks back and u missed it.. I mean its the hospital`s responsibility for letting us know or at least give us a Chart saying about dates. But NO .. there is nothing like that here and Finally after feeling myself worst and looking at that cute dogs face and getting tense about his future, I changed the hospital and feeling more relieved about it. \r

My only advice for them is that ..Treat patients like human beings and not like aliens.\r
