We have taken my family to Sushi Hai a number of times and have found both the quality of the food (very good) and the quality of the staff (poor) to be consistent. I recommend reservations - even though when you call you might be told you don't need them - because the snotty hostess usually takes a while to meander away and find you a place to sit. They have twice lost our reservations, so get a name when you call. The place is loud and it is difficult to hear your dining companions, and the service is slow. That said, the food has been consistently great, with interesting and tasty rolls and fresh fish, and the hot green tea is awesome. If you can get past the hostess who hasn't yet lost her teenage attitude, the food will be very good. We're getting really tired of the poor staff though; they may lose us no matter how good the food is if that doesn't improve soon.
Pros: Great rolls and hot tea; consistently yummy
Cons: Loud; Unfriendly hostess; slow
