Well I used this company a few times, but since Jake hasn?t been there; there pickup & delivery time has gone to hell. Although Michael tries to cut it, but really I just don't think he influences the drivers or can prioritize as the original owner Jake did. I mean come on, between 30 minutes and an hour late on most of the deliveries since Jake has been gone. Don?t get me wrong, Mike is good with customer service; I just don?t think he has what it takes. I would recommend looking around before you call Flash, and if you come across Prime time they are great; exspecially Mike @ Prime Time he is a great person to deal with.
Pros: The owner is very friendly.
Cons: I feel the new owner lacks control of the company.
