After reading glowing reviews on here, likening Zuma to MF, I figured I'd give it a shot. It's ok sushi, but not nearly as good as MF. For example, I ordered the Otoro, which I always order at MF, and was quite dissapointed to find that instead of the ""melt in your mouth"" otoro I was used to, I got something a bit gristly and thin. I tried a lot of different rolls, sashimi, and nagiri and was a bit surprised to find each of these to be lacking too. It's better than most sushi in town, but about on par with Sushi Avenue in Decatur. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again, and yes, the service is too slow to justify the trip.
Pros: Reasonably priced sushi
Cons: slow service, subpar quality of fish
