I work around the corner and will splurge ($ & calories) every now and again for the breakfast bagel (w/ capers!) and a coffee from Say Cheese. As of recent though I find myself cruising right by and hitting up Trader Joes or Gelsons simply due to the rude service I get each and every time I go to Say Cheese. I hate to point fingers, but I read in another review below a mention of the ""big black guy""- yes that's usually who I get too and he is the rudest of the rude. I've pretty much stopped going due to the fact the employees make you feel bad about ordering food, it's bizarre. All that put aside it's a really nice place w/ a great cheese selection!
