Very authentic Japanese cuisine. The menu has an amazing assortment of sushi, rolls and other dishes. The fish was some of the freshest I've ever had, and their rolls are excellent. Make sure to get there early if you are going for lunch, because there will be a line out the door! It's the best Japanese restaurant in Japan town and downtown San Jose.
