Ramen Ichiban is my favorite restaurant. Even moving cross country hasn't changed that. Their freshly made Teriyaki sauce is the most delicious thing I've ever tasted, I can't use store bought sauces now (although if they bottled their sauce I would buy it in a heartbeat!). Their menu may be small, but everything on it is excellent, my favorite being the Teriyaki chicken with yakisoba noodles, can't recommend it enough! This is the first place I'll go the next time I visit Salem.
Pros: Friendly, quick service; delicious food, great prices
Cons: only that I don't live close enough to eat there
