I brought in towels to be delivered for a bridal shower located in New Jersey. The Manager of the store kept trying to get me to buy a ""bigger"" box than what I really needed. I told him ""it is only towels"" nothing breakable I can go with the size below the one you are offering me. He got kind of angry but gave me what I wanted. I found out later on through other customers (who are really no longer customers) that the Manager/store employees do this because giving you a larger box ""jacks up the price for the store as profit"". I also at another time weighed a box before bringing in and again they tried to tell me it weighed more so they can get more money from me. I now go to Federal Express.
