August 1, 2007 our transmission went out in our motor home at Round Mountain CA. It was 106 outside and we were in trouble in a strange area. We needed help and Done-Rite Transmission was recommended to us by someone we found in Round Mountain. Terry is the owner of Done-Rite and when I called him he said he would wait for us to be towed to his location in Palo Cedro. He also said he would hook us up to electricity so we could run the air conditioner in our RV. We had our cats with us and they were suffering in the heat. He treated us like you would want your family members treated. He got us out by six the next evening after totally rebuilding our transmission. We were so grateful for the kindness of this man and his brother Dale. We would recommend them highly. In todays world it is hard to find a caring human being like Terry.
Pros: They took care of us so our honeymoon trip was not ruined
Cons: There is nothing bad I can say about Done-rite wholesale transmissions
