After taking my pet here for a 2 week long board, i returned and my animal had lost weight and seemed very timid. A few weeks later, as chance would have it, i met a lady who used to work there and she said that they only feed the animals once per day and the owner, Joe, is extremely rough with the animals, kind of borderline abusive. I will never take my pets here again and do not recommend it to anybody else.
