The first time I visited this establishment, the salespeople were pretty rude to me. They were having what they deemed a ""big"" sale and it was very busy with people moving about (although not many people purchasing). So I figured the salespeople were just overwhelmed. It was hard to figure out what was on sale and what wasn't due to the poor delineation. When I asked questions, they responded as though I was bothering them. They have nice clothing in this store, but it is incredibly overpriced. I bought an overpriced, but very nice sweater to wear on a cruise. I went on the cruise and never wore the sweater. When I got back, I decided to return the unworn (still tags on) sweater to the store for a refund. They were rude to me the 2nd time also, and that sealed the deal. I don't need to interact with rude, pompous saleswomen who shoot me nasty looks and treat me as though I should feel privileged to be allowed into their store. I make a good salary, my money is good elsewhere and I much prefer shopping at Ann Taylor or Ann Taylor Loft instead. I've never had a bad experience at either of those establishments. They care about their customers and are happy to see you when you walk in (or at least they fake it better than this place).
Pros: pretty clothing
Cons: extremely overpriced; VERY rude salespeople
