I took my reasonably clean Lincoln for a quick wash during the daytime. All that was needed was to remove a few minor dirt spots from the roof and rear windshield of the car. I watched as the workers made zero effort to address the problem areas. In fact, they appeared only to hand dry the car once it was out of the automated wash. They gave the car back to me with the seats rearranged, barely any vacuuming and the dirt untouched. I complained about this to the manager. After a few polite comments from me, and my willingness to settle for a partial refund, he closed the conversation with ""You know what, how about I give you no refund, and you never come back again."" Those were his exact words. On a previous occasion, Rose Hill Car Wash damaged the antenna on my RX-7, which is a $200 dealer part and requires quite a bit of effort to replace. I fault myself for giving them a second chance.....
Pros: slow
Cons: damage to car, virtually zero cleaning done
