Having read the glowing reviews on citysearch, I was excited to go to Bara's. The first time I went, the food was excellent, but our food took about 40 minutes and they completely messed up the order. I decided to give it a second try several weeks later, but found no redemption as the food took over an hour and they could only complete half of our order because they RAN OUT OF RICE.
