Willow Arms is a nice place to live, yet it is hard to resolve billing problems. I have been contacting them since June regarding erroneous fees and the leasing office has not addressed the fees. Instead they keep adding late fees to the erroneous fees.
Pros: Spacious townhouse. Convenient access to highways.
Cons: Parking lots need paving. Slow to resolve billing issues.
