This isn't simply the best restaurant in MetroWest. This probably the best restaurant in the entire Boston area. On a recent trip to NYC, and wanting to sample the best that New York has to offer, we dined at Jean Georges. After waiting nearly 2 hours !!! past our reservation time for a table, the food was just OK. Returning to Boston and looking to ""make-up"" for that experience, we went back to Lumiere and were blown away once again. Michael Leviton is a culinary genius and I feel lucky to have Lumiere within driving distance. I'm only rating this 5 stars, but he deserves six!
