Horrible service and policies. My payroll checks were held for 10 days, and I was with them for years! Deposits are posted LATE, errors in deposits and checks not paid when money was in account, but ...again...HOLDING PAYROLL CHECKS! Insane, this bank bites the big one. Go to National City, cash is immediately available, like it's supposed to be!
