We have been living here for almost 2 months. What first attracted us to this complex is the beautiful landscape, geisers, pond like setting and the beautiful park setting for miles. Isabel showed an apartment to us and it was so spacious and clean, even had a built in microwave..WOW. The living room is enormous and the bedrooms are really nice, a walk in closet in the master bedroom. A sliding glass door in the master bedroom and in kitchen. We moved in 1 week after showing us apartment. We had new carpet and linoleum, freshly painted walls and ceilings and if anything needed to be fixed on the walk through it was. The management (Shelley and Isabel) and staff here are excellent and they treat each tenant like family. The housekeepers and maintenance staff are always on top of things and get the jobs done fast and they are very friendly. Everyone here is couteous and very nice. We had an incident happen 2 days after moving in, roudiness and obnoxious tenants and when the management was notified, security was quickly sent out here to take care of the problem. Security had to come out one more time and took care of the situation. We were really impressed with the way the situation was handled. We are proud to say we live in Laguna Park Apartments and I am always recommending this complex to my family and friends. We can't say enough good things about this apartment complex.
Pros: Near a shopping center, restaurant, and park plus right by Mabel Barron Elementary School, great area as well
Cons: Benjamin Holt is a busy street
