I most often take the intermediate-level ""CoreFlow"" class designed and taught by Ruth Anne. It is a physically demanding class where we safely work with (or often in my case, towards) arm balances, advanced backbends, and inversions. Ruth Anne has a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy and yoga from her decades of practice. She offers precise and helpful guidance at both beginner and more advanced levels. I also like the mat Pilates and early-morning, before-work yoga classes.
