I chose Copeland's for my family birthday dinner. We arrived at 6. We were seated at 6. The waiter came over at 6:20 to take a drink order and it went down hill from there. By the time we got our dinner at 7:30 half the dinners were cold. Mine had to be sent back because it set under lights for so long it was cold on the inside. The waiter had to be found on several occassions just to get drink refills and when ordered we didn't get for 20 minutes. Being a birthday dinner, you'd expect the waiter to ask if anyone wanted desert. Finally we again went in search of the waiter for the check. The worst birthday dinner possible.
