Don't pay in full until you are completely satisfied and have any materials due you in hand. Two 70 sq ft slabs of granite were purchased to do approximately 60 sq ft. That leaves alot of excess granite (about $500 worth) left over that I was planning to use in another room and had requested numerous times for the excess to be delivered. It was to be delivered to my home on the day of installation, of course that did not happen, follow up phones for the extra went unanswered, a letter sent to FAirway was ignored. Getting follow-up service after I had paid in full was very difficult and took a couple of weeks for a worker to show at my home. Cons: no concern for customers after the bill is paid more
