I JUST called about 30 seconds ago to order food to go. The woman on the phone was very rude, hung up without saying goodbye and before I could ask how long it would take for my food to be ready. I also went there yesterday to have a work meeting and I asked for a refill on water 3 times, and I still wasn't getting it. So I got up and took my glass to the counter where they have the pitchers of water and filled it up myself and the man that was working there got mad at me. ARE YOU KIDDING?! I like their Chicken Pad Thai and the soup they give you with lunch, but I will not ever take important people there again. I just can't believe they are still in business.

Cons: HORRIBLE/RUDE SERVICE
