Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my career. From not showing up to a scheduled appointment, to not letting me know they will not show up, to let me wait for six hours and to top all that, to deny the appointment was ever made while I was holding a proof in my hand. Once you contact them by phone, you may get lucky and only be on hold for forty five min. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor. twice, the representative hung up the phone on me. One time, she told me to go look for another company. When I finally got to speak to a manger, presenting to him my complaints, all he had to say was ""OK. there is nothing I can do about it. Have a good day sir."" and he hung up the phone on me yet again.
