I was extremely disappointed with my service from Mission Maids. The team arrived late. We had agreed on a team of 2 and suddenly 3 people showed up at my house and I had to pay for the service I didn't request. They promised to bring their own equipment and on a couple occasions used my own cleaning supplies. I had to follow them around the apartment and continuously point out areas they had skipped. The team barely spoke any English. It was a nightmare...and not a cheap one!
Pros: Didn't steal anything
Cons: Late, ill-prepared, expensive, misrepresented service, won't return calls
