We were becoming exhausted trying to find someone to help us with our macaw. He was preening 24/7, he stopped talking and later started to pluck his feathers. We visited the vet, read everything on the internet and called every petshop in the area. Everyone had a different opinion. I was given the phone number for PRETTY BIRD by our vet assistant. She said to talk to a man named Don. I called and spoke with him and he asked me to bring my macaw down to the shop so that he could look at him. Don took several hours evaluating our macaw and giving us valueable advice. He gave us several produces to use. Within 24 hours we saw a definite improvement. Going to PRETTY BIRD was the best move we could have made. We thank Don and so does our macaw Jack!
