First I have to say, Hannah Quality Concrete Contruction needs to remove quality from their name. They have recently done work on my street repairing the sidewalks that the city deemed necessary. There were certain blocks of sidewalk the city put an ""X"" on that had to be replaced. They decided to do all the blocks that had X's on the entire street, EXCEPT MY HOUSE!!! When confronted, they said sorry about your luck. There was no effort whatsoever to rectify the situation. They said and I mean this is quoted, ""We just cant get to it now. I dont know what else to tell you."" On top of that, during the process of them working, the workers displayed a complete lack of professionalism. They littered the yards with cigarette butts and constantly decided to park their vehicles in front driveways restricting residents of being able to park in their own drives. They would refuse to move the trucks if asked. Many residents on the street are unhappy with the lack of professionalism. They are a very unreliable, unprofessional company and they dont even deserve one star. Please DO NOT give them any of your business or money!!!
Pros: What work they actually do is decent.
Cons: They will not attempt to rectify any problems a customer may have.
