Communication channel lacks after they sign you as a customer. Inconsistent results with shipping which resulted in orders not being shipped appropriately such as bubbled wrap on items that could break or would cause problems if they rubbed up against another item. Incoming products not put into inventory in a timely fashion. Basic poor communication. Not worth the hefty monthly price. And never ask for anything special.....they'll nickel and dime you to death.
