This morning my cat was severely injured and not yet having a vet here in Houston, I had to rely on a reference. I'm very thankful because they took my phone call early, advised me in how to handle him and stopped everything to examine him. The main thing, they were sincerely kind and gentle and Dr. Derrick seemed to actually care about Chumley. He appeared to like him like a cat person would. That helped me a lot because I wouldn't have left him with people that can't empathize.
