I had to take a friend to Hartsfield today, and got off at Virginia Ave. It's been at least 20 years since I've stopped in this little hole. In fact, it was when Hartsfield was off Virginia Ave. The place was packed, because this is the real deal. Just one of the best Gyro's in the metro. Foodies have not found it still. The Greek owner works behind the counter, and the gyro meat is sliced in front of you. No frills, just great pita, sauce and meat. Love it!
