I love Dove's Bodies for a really strenous work-out! If you want to exercise all your body parts while listening to great music that drives you to push yourself, then these classes are for you! If you want to stretch and slowly get in shape while looking pretty, don't bother...Dove is amazing and inspires her classes to achieve their best, then push past that and stay there. I have been an aerobic instructor and trainer for years and she kicks my butt!! This is a fast paced class and you can work at your own pace, but once you get in there and hear the music, trust me, you will be pushing yourself!! But enjoy it - your body will love you and your heart will stay young!
Pros: Hard work, lots of sweat and calories burned, excellent music, great instructor!
Cons: Too strenuous for any beginner, injured person returning to work-out or weekend warrior, some regulars are too competitive and pushy
