Just the other day my babysitter cancelled last minute so Tiffany fed my baby his bottle with one arm while she adjusted the weight on the equipment with her other arm all the while telling me how to correct my form while lifting! She is like a Supergirl and that is probably how she helped me miracously lose all my post pregnancy weight in less then three months. I've lost so many inches I've lost count, almost 20 pounds and more than 5% body fat. Not only is she no nonsence, smart and in love with what she does, she is absolutely fun and funny!!! I suspect my abs are benefiting as much from all the laughter as they are from all the crunches she makes me do :-)
