The ppl there are unprofessional and unhelpful. I needed them to fax a copy of my receipt to an insurance company and it took 2 DAYS. I was left on hold for over 10 MINUTES and received the runaround the 1st day. It was ridiculous, all for a task that takes 5-7minutes to complete. more
