We got our oil changed there, and of course they say we need new brakes. So my husband, without getting a quote from them, says ok change the brake pads. Big mistake. $400 to get the brakes done. I called Les Schwab and got a quote for $195. It was like pulling teeth to get them to break down the prices for us. We got them down to $350 (manager said the mechanic overcharged us on the hourly labor and he adjusted it). This isn't the first time we've been ripped off there.. but since they're so close to our house, we gave them another chance. Mistake. Bottom line - I WILL NEVER, EVER GO THERE AGAIN.
