I've had the unfortunate experience of owning a house with an A/C system installed by Casa Mechanical. From day 1 of moving into the house, the A/C unit has not held it's freon charge, leaked condensed water, and worked hard to cool the house. Casa Mechanical would always come out, put more freon, patch the system, but never solved the underlying problem--a leaky A/C unit. Well, now the 2 year warranty is over, and the A/C evaporator needs to be replaced because of....drums please...."a leak!" Duh!!! No more Casa Mechanical for me.
