I adopted a pet from PACCA last year and he was in need of medical care. Dr. Rebecchi saw him without much of a delay, and within a few weeks he was healthy, if scrawny. Now he has gained weight, become more socialized (with dogs as well as people), and become a valued family member. Stopping in time to time for weight checks, and calling or stopping with an occasional question has always been handled competently and courteously by the techs and office staff. I sense they really care about pets. I worked several years at the Vet School at Penn, and have spent time around people who care for animals, large and small. I have honestly never met a group as helpful and friendly as these. I should probably not be writing this, because if everyone came here I'd never get an appointment, and the rates will go up. LOL
Pros: Convenient, easy to find, location not far from either I 76 or I 95
Cons: I'll have to think hard on this, maybe, as with any good service, sometimes you have to wait.
