I have lived in Paradise Cay for over a year now, and I never had a problem until my A/C broke. The on call maintenance guy (Tracey) had an attitude with me and said it was "not his job" and that "I should have told him earlier"!!! I was livid with him, especially after he tried to play the race card going around telling EVERYONE we called him a f***ing, n****.... which that word had never came out of my mouth. The funny part is 99.9% of my boyfriends friends and more than half of my friends ARE black! The main manager Reggie really doesn't care what happens, but the assistance Diane has been trying to help me in any way. I even called the VP of paradise Cay and she really didn't do much about it either. SO if you are looking to move to melbourne.... Paradise Cay is NOT the best place at all when it comes to tennant satisfaction, because obviously the maintenance guys can get an attitude and yell at tennants and get away with it time after time with no punishment!
