A small roadside log restaurant with firestove and hearth. Homecooking. The apple butter BBQ beef brisket is a favorite of mine. Chicken alfredo is fabulous. They have the best fries and onion rings ever. Salad bar is unique, homemade. Oh my goodness, and the peanut butter pie is too good. This is a family establishment. They aim to make you happy. We drive thirty miles several times each month, by-passing several choices in order to eat at the Log House. Visit their Cabin Treasures Gift Shop too. They have these intriguing old windows with lithograph art prints framed right on the glass. Many kitchen items and delicacies.
