A former Seattle resident told us (first-time visitors) that Flying Fish had the best seafood he's ever experienced (and he once owned a restaurant as a sideline). It thought he was going out on a limb but he was right. We had a superlative meal and the service was excellent as well (when I asked the server if they had blue-cheese olives for my martini, she said she'd stuff some). Do not miss Flying Fish; the prices were reasonable and on par with other seafood restaurants in the area.
