When we contacted Caribbean Agency, James answered the phone. We requested a price quote for a trip to Mexico. James said he would call back in 5 to 10 minutes, Five hours later James called back. When he was politely told that "that's ok - we no longer needed the quote" James began to sream fowl language and hung up on us. He later called back my home - screaming and carrying on and again hung up on us. more
