I used Barlow and Sons Tree Service to have several tree removed from my property. While the trees were removed the stumps have yet to be ground down. (Going on 3 weeks now). I requested this service to be completed at the time of the tree removal, however, the owner informed me that his stump grinder was not available the day he showed up. He assured me that in the next 2-3 days he would be back to complete the work. My biggest mistake was taking his word for it and paying him in full for the service. It has been over three weeks now as I stated before, and I cannot get the owner to return any of my phone calls (I have called 5 times). I even told the owner that I desperately need the stumps ground down before the delivery of a garden shed, which is going in the spot where the stumps are located. Beware of using this company. There are many other tree service companies around the area.
